This architectural film was created as part of a conceptual design for a kilometer long waterfront area called the Boompjes (bohmp-yehs) in the city of Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The film is a collage comprised of animation paths, video clips, pop art, music and atmospheric sound. Created during the conceptual design phase, the filmsÕ purpose was to express design concepts and suggest the emotional quality of the proposed space. The film crosses back and forth between the real world and the virtual in order to both orient the observer and draw them into a possible future.
