pod viewing panel	The network of infrared antennae co-ordinates the information relays between the server, user, the larger "network" and other pods. The transparent nature of the panel allows the user to interact with the large "network" both actively and passively. If a hermetic space is needed, it is possible to make the pod opaque.

hover screen	The hover screen is a liquid crystal display panel with handwriting-recognition software. It is capable of displaying anything shown on the egg-shaped viewing panel, and is the main interface between the user and the displayed information.

chair	The chair is ergonomically designed with customized shape memory. This allows each user to program-in his or her preferences: upright or inclined, facing position, lumbar support, etc.
entrance	The entrance box allows the user to make the transition from the main library spaces to the pod. It includes the simple but necessary elements like a place to hang one's coat and color laser printer.
