A "street" passes through the building from the southeast corner, which dominates the inside space and encourages people to access.At the same time, this street acts as an exiting path to access auditorium and exhibition space.

The design places tranquil spaces on the east and south side; public spaces on the north and west side; shapes the information resource center and roof garden in the middle.west and north side are half-transparent enclosures, which allow for visual communication.
