Your design and documentation stay coordinated, consistent, and complete.

This Revit Architecture Workshop serves as a great introduction to parametric Building Information Modeling in a hands-on environment covering topics such as: Basic Modeling, Conceptual Design, Sun Studies, Detailing, Component Creation, Schedules, and Creating Construction Documents. In the afternoon, we will also cover advanced topics. Prior to attending this workshop, please join our Education Community site and download Revit Architecture for free.

Elaborating your Autodesk Revit Designs in Autodesk 3ds max

This one day seminar will focus on elaborating your Autodesk Revit designs through the effective use of Autodesk 3ds max. Students will learn a workflow which will allow them to bring their BIM models from Revit into 3ds max and produce effective design visualizations. Specifically, Students will learn; exporting and linking models from Revit to 3ds max, modeling methods in 3ds max, the use of lighting and materials, outputting your designs to image formats, and animation techniques. Students will leave the class with a solid foundation of the Revit to 3ds max workflow to produce design visualization studies.

Prior to attending this workshop, please install 3DsMax 9 on your personal computer.
