The conference coincides with the IDEA festival in Louisville and will have several cross-over opportunities.

Submission Deadlines
A. ABSTRACT and PAPER SUBMISSION
Abstracts due: March 31, 2006
Papers due: May 05, 2006 (Papers/Works-in-Progress can be submitted even
without having submitted an abstract)
Notification of Acceptance: June 16, 2006
Final papers due: July 13, 2006 (Authors must pre-register between 16 June and 13 July to guarantee publication in the proceedings)
In order to received early-bird registration rates, all conference attendees must pre-register by 31 July 2006. After 31 July 2006, full conference registration fees apply.
B. WHITE PAPERS, PLENARY SESSIONS, WORKSHOPS, and PANEL DISCUSSION PROPOSALS
Proposals due: March 31, 2006
Notification of Acceptance: June 16, 2006
Position papers due (panels): July 13, 2006 (Authors must pre-register between 16 June and 13 July to guarantee publication in the proceedings)
